An arm of RACO Child and Rural Care Initiative non profit governmental organization a social and care unit of Rural Areas for Christ Outreach. Raco child an enabling educational, empowering and developed environment for the well being of the less privilege Orphans. Poor/displaced children, widows, youths and old people especially in rural areas.
